Omnitouch Network Services was excited to take part in the CommsDay Regional & Policy Forum 2026, joining industry and government leaders in Canberra to discuss connectivity challenges and opportunities for regional and remote communities.

Service Delivery and Marketing Manager, Molly James, presented on Omnitouch & CiFi’s Norfone Network. She discussed the journey from concept to launch, highlighting the challenges of deploying a network in such a unique place, the role of community consultation and support in building a sustainable network, and what made the team fall in love with Norfolk Island in the first place.
